As we age it seems as if we have to take more and more medications. It is hard to get around this fact even if you live a healthy lifestyle and take care of yourself. Some meds may be able to be skipped, if you must, while others should not be. Knowing this is very important if you plan to take your medications with you when you travel. It is important to plan ahead and have your medications filled when planning your trip. This is especially true if you are traveling around the holidays as many pharmacies may be closed on the day you go out of town.

It is hard, if not impossible to buy medications, should you run out, without a prescription. Most pharmacies will not even consider giving or selling you a few medications to get you through your travel time. If you try to buy prevacid , buy protonix  or buy premarin from a pharmacy which does not know you or possess your prescription you will not have much luck. It is best if you calculate the number of medications you need by calculating the number of days you will be traveling plus a few extra days. This way should you have car trouble or have delayed flights you will have enough of your medications to make it until you return home.
